Prints are made to order and ship within 7–14 working days.
Within South Africa: a flat R150 for unframed prints and R300 for framed prints, delivered by Pudo (The Courier Guy) locker-to-door — the parcel comes to your door; you never need to visit a locker.
International orders: shipping is quoted and billed separately after purchase, so it never holds up your order. Any import duties or taxes are borne by the recipient.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery at cm@christinemeintjes.com, with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Because prints are made to order and individually hand-signed and numbered, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
Original paintings and ceramics are sold under a separate individual agreement; any returns are handled in terms of that agreement.
